The design of this lift has been copied by many Chinese lift manufacturers in the last five years. Quality Tool and Equipment Sales and Direct Lift are flattered to have this lift copied by many manufacturers, but we are very concerned that these same manufacturers are rating this lift with a 9000 LB. or 10,000 LB. lifting capacity. This lift design will easily raise 10,000 LB., BUT according to the widely accepted Industry standards, the Direct Lift OH 8000 is correctly rated an 8000 LB.
